How to create custom fields

Never mind. I finally figured out I needed to first add it to a form, and then it would appear as a custom field in the testimonials area. I have my own form, so that wasn’t the route I wanted to go, but it works.
I ordered the business pro version just so I could get custom fields. I have activated and installed the extension, but I do not see anywhere that I can create the custom fields. The documentation shows “fields” in the testimonials dropdown on the dashboard, but I do not have “fields” as an option. I tried going into “add new” and seeing if there was a custom fields box there, but there wasn’t. In settings, I selected show custom fields meta box.
This is the whole reason I bought the pro. Anyone know where you go to create the custom fields. I have gone into all my options: all testimonials, add new, categories, views, forms, settings, shortcodes, logs, extensions … and there is nothing anywhere that I can see to create the custom fields.
