How to create contact page

Thank you! I installed the contact form 7 and is now in my admin panel. The next step is how to add this form to the menu/page. Also, is there a way to preview before making it public?

first you have to make a page for contact
than paste the shortcode of form in content editor and publish it
you can see how it look like to click on “view page”
after that you have to add this page to you navigation
