How to create bubble chat with voice record once clicked

  • Hi, Im currently developing a site wherein I have to create comics and every character has their own speech.
    Did anyone from here experienced creating bubble chat?
    Do you have plugins/ suggestions to build those characters’ bubble chat and then it has voice over?
