    Hello!
I would like to create a small responsive bootstrap menu in the upper right corner of my site banner. It should open when the mouse is scrolling over it, and should drop down a list to the left side, with useful links to pages.

How can i do that ? (I am not an advanced user)

To get a Bootstrap navigation menu working in WordPress, I found this tutorial really helpful.

But you’re asking for quite a specific style of menu, so might need to combine that advice with some example code from a website such as bootsnipp.com/tags/menu.

The more you mess about with code, the more advanced you’ll get!

I could not get it to work and i put it away for now, but i found a plugin that is kinda working the way i would want. it’s called Floating Menu.

I need some help with it, for one, i would like to fix it in the place it’s currently in, however it keeps scrolling down along with the page atm.

Second, i would like the dropdown menus to have submenus that scroll to the left side.

I have very little actual knowledge of php and css, can you help me please?

If you want help with that specific plugin, ask the authors. If it’s a free plugiun there will be a support forum for it. If you paid, go to the plugin’s website for support.
