How to create audio playlist with all 220 media of one directory

Hi, i’ve divided all my media in different directory,
[music 251 files]
[math 112 files]
[fun 220 files]
[learn english 45 files]
… and so on
now i’ve got a lot of directories with hundred of files inside,
whats i need now it’s a new way to insert ALL the 220 media (mp3) of [fun] directory in my new post,
using audio playlist, but without using “media” to select one by one the 220 files i need.

Do you know how i cand reach it?
