How to create an ‘About Me’ on sidebar

Hi,

I see in the theme demo that there is an “about me” widget on the sidebar. I don’t see this as an option to create using “widgets.” Is there another way to create it, or am I missing it? Basically, it has your picture on top, then space for a little blurb or bio about yourself – and this stays on the sidebar.
