    Hello there!

I am wanting to create a subsite for a wordpress website I currently own. For example, how do I create a subsite that will have an entirely new menu of options to click on, etc.

Kind of like this university that has a subsite strictly for a franchising conference.
    For example, click here
    https://robinson.gsu.edu/isof2017/
As you can see, the conference on this website has it’s own “sub-site”

So, my new subsite should look like this…
    https://www.mysite.com/subsite

And, whenever I click on any links on the page, the new url should look like the one below…

    https://www.mysite.com/subsite/page 1

    Any help on this?

You should use a subdirectory-based Multisite as your main site then you can quickly create as many sub-sites as you need, which would result in the URL you wish for.

Multisite allows you to create a network of sub-sites all using a single installation of WordPress and one database, so it’s definately the way to go for you.

You can quite easily enable Multisite on your existing site too.

    Hope this helps.

How would I go about enabling multisite on my current website?

I’m assuming it’s done in my GoDaddy hosting panel?
