How to create a Subscribe feed

    I’ve gotten my blog up and running. The problem is that I want to be able to allow people to subscribe via Google reader, RSS, Yahoo, whatever. I’ve tried some widgets but keep getting errors. I tried Feedburner and it couldn’t view my RSS feed. However, when I subscribe to it via Google Reader, I don’t have any issues. I am using the version of WordPress where I host it myself. When I click on RSS feed, it asks me what URL I want to have displayed. That shows things from another site, but doesn’t allow someone to subscribe via the way I want. Any suggestions?
