How to create a Slideshow Top Bar Menu

    Hello all, please, I am trying to create a top bar menu with a slideshow, just as it is or similar to the one in the attached link video. How do not know how to go about it? Is there a plugin or code that could aid me in doing this? Or any other means it could be done?
