How to create a responsive table in the gutenberg getwid block

  • I create a table using the gutenberg getwid table block, but it is not responsive. How should I create a responsive table?
    I also tried the tablepress plugin, but the responsiveness does not work.

    When it comes to tables, “responsive” can mean different things to different people.

    For instance, should columns shrink in width while maintaining the row/column grid layout? Or, should the width remain the same but the row/column grid layout be altered? Either approach could be considered “responsive”… but either may or may not be useful depending on the nature of the data in the table.

    If you could share a page with the non-responsive table inserted, I could take a look and let you know what may be going on, and possibly find a fix.

    By the term responsive, I imagine that the table should have horizontal scrolling on mobile.
    If I add an html block via gutenberg and set custom css, I can make a responsive table.
    However, it is quite difficult if I need to make many tables.

    That’s interesting… because a horizontal scrollbar is generally seen as the very antithesis of responsive design. Unless you meant to say it should NOT have a horizontal scrollbar.

    Huh?
    I had screenshots ready, but recently I threw them away.
    If the table in the mobile version has a horizontal scrollbar, I can see all the cells by scrolling.
    If the table does not have a scrollbar, then I see only those cells that fit on the mobile screen.

    However, I already solved it by changing the structure of the table.
