• The link on the page I need help with is naked from all the standard items that usually would go on a new blog post creation.

How can I make my new blog post to include all the standard items that were on the older blog posts? to include from logo, menu bar, categories, recent posts, search, calendar, previous and next arrow selection, and leave a comment option?

An example of old post here:

It looks like that page is using a template that has failed to make the usual calls to get_header(); get_sidebar(); get_footer();. Blog posts all use the same template, so templates do not explain why older posts have all the theme content. Only pages can have alternative templates. Could these be pages and not posts? On the page edit screen, if there is more than one template option available, there will be a template field in the page attributes meta box where you can select different templates.

So I added “Visual Composer” to the site to create new pages, and this changed the way used to create blog posts. (Seems like the site was created with WPBakery which I think it had some relation with the new Visual Composer)

The only way I can find to re-create a blog post is by using “text” section to create new posts and copy and modify them for the new page.

I could make a video on how it shows for a few seconds the old format to create a post, and then it disappears, so I don’t have that option to do it the old way.

As I need to create new pages and new posts I am trying to figure out if Visual Composer can do this job….. or if there is a way to add them in other WordPress settings.

For more assistance with page builders I recommend you seek help in the app’s dedicated support channel where its devs and expert users would be able to help you. I don’t think many regulars here are regular page builder users.

IIRC, doesn’t VC have an option to create a new post using the default WP editor instead of VC? I’d encourage you to consider doing so because page builder content is dependent upon the page builder app to display correctly. Regular WP content has no dependencies and could be exported to be used elsewhere. Content is more future proof this way.

That’s not to say page builders do not offer some really nice features, but it is possible to learn to do without. The transition will have it’s frustrations, but you’ll be better off in the long run IMO.
