2. WooCommerce is an online Shop solution used by many sites and is now under the control of the Commercial leg of WordPress.
3. Gravity Forms is also a commercial product.
Since the site referenced is also a WordPress site, all is clearly possible, but would be a major development project. Certainly, many, many hours…
Note: the theme seems to be labeled ‘X’. That makes it quite difficult to understand the theme provider. It is also running a child theme, so I suspect it may be a viable theme, but cannot ascertain which as they are varied products.
This is all discernible by reading the site source code.
