how to create a "post" input form for user instead of wp dashboard?

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could point me to the right direction of how to create a custom “post” page form so that when user make a post don’t have to go through “wp-admin” and use dashboard to post a post.

Something like in blogger.com, click to “post”, a page comes up with those input fields,and once is complete, press ‘post’ to publish.

using dashboard method, it’s kind of breaking away from your website to make a post.

Is there a tutorial somewhere to teach how?
