How to create a “patient” email portal?

  • Simply put, I want to allow a user(patient) to log in, select a doctor to send a message to (pull-down), create & send…
    And if there are responses for that patient, they get an email notice of same, but the message stays on the WP site. The patients don’t see the doctor emails…

    Ideas? Which plugins?
