How to create a page to add an event?

Hi,
I need resolve the follow:
How to create a page to add an event?
At this moment, users can introduce a event using the administration bar => add event.
But I don’t want that user go to administration bar and dashboard in order to introduce event.
I’d like user can introduce event from a normal page in my web without to entry in dashboard.

Is it possible?
