How to create a page from a form submission?

So I’ve gotten a request to be able to have actual pages in WP made via a form on the website.

Conceptually, think of something like Facebook or LinkedIn. You just sign up on a form, and then *poof* you have your own page. Really, all I’d want to do would be to collect a number fields on the form (don’t really care/probably doesn’t matter what forms plugin), and then generate a page that would then show some or all of that info.

Does anyone have any ideas about that, or have done something like that before? It would be great if there was some forms plugin that had that as a feature, but I’m not holding my breath…
