How to Create a online food store

Hi everyone

I am new to wordpress. I want to create a online food supply website.I think we can do it using woo-commerce(according to my knowledge )..but the problem is that I want to create a chuff users ..where they can login and post there items into my website …and normal users can see and order them if they want that item.and also i need a dashboard to the chuff were he can c his/her uploaded product details
