how to create a new role with admin panel?

  • Hi,
    I need a new role intermediate from admin to editor… but with the admin panel.

    Some plugin like Capability Manager give me the option to duplicate admin role with a new name, but they not duplicate admin panel (dashborard) to this new role.
    How I can do it?
