How to create a mashup map?

    Hi, on the plugin description page and on the plugin home site there is mention of the possibility to create mashup maps. But nowhere is it made clear how this can be done. Not even a mention of the word “mashup” in de documentation…

    Please explain ??

    Hello @ravanh,

    This can be done with the form builder of GEO my WP.

    With the current version of the plugin, you need to create a posts locator form and disable the search form and search results so it will only display the map. That takes a few tweaks of the form settings.

    However, with the new version of GEO my WP, v4.0, which is currently in beta, the form builder has a new “Mashup Map” form type that you can use to easily create a mashup map.

    @ravanh,

    Shouldn’t be complicated. If you choose to update to the new version of GEO my WP mentioned above, the option is already built-in and you just need to create your map using the form builder.
