How to create a Login page for a business website?

Hi everyone,
I recently created a website using wordpress. There is one page that I want to create specifically for staff only to login with a login name and password. How do I do this? And also how can I make it so that each staff member only sees what I allow them to see? Essentially I want each staff member to see there specific work schedule and also if I have to write up a staff member I would like to have it on there page when they sign in. Obviously I cannot have the whole company reading one persons write-up. I hope I was clear enough in explaining this. Any help at all would be GREATLY appreciated!
