• I have a long post I am working on and want to create link that allows the use to jump down to another part of the same post. Is this possible?

    Thanks

I am looking to have a few links at the top that allow someone to jump down (i.e. to chapter 3 or 4). This styling page links cuts a post into multiple pages and allows me to stylize the next page link, which would be at the end of a givne page.

Is there a way to have section headings at the top, or a link in the middle of a post, that would jump to the bottom or a section lower down (or higher up)?

    Thanks!

Yes, that is a little different. Here is an article that might help.

A friend shared this with me. Awesome tool that generates the code for you:

Glad you found a solution. Now, please use the dropdown at top right to mark this topic ‘Resolved’.

Hey! Does anyone know if it is possible to use this to create a dropdown menu so that you can jump to one of these page links from another page?

In other words, I am on the landing page for a WP powered website and I want to go to one of these specific page links via a dropdown from a main menu tab.

    I am using WP3.0.1.

    Thanks!

@eternalskychaz, you will have better luck with help if you start your own thread – many people look for unanswered posts to see who needs help.
