How to create a kicker

    Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to add kickers over the posts titles. A kicker, also called teaser, is a short, underlined phrase, introducing a headline.
    I tried creating a new template with block editor, adding a Title over Content Title, but It doesn’t work.
