How to create a dropdown menu?

I’ve been customising a template for my blog (www.wheelchairprincess.com/blog/) and I’ve found themes and/or code to put the archives, categories and pages into dropdown menus. However I would like to put the blogroll and also the Meta navigation type links in a dropdown as well and short of manually writing the code for a dropdown with each link as an option I can’t figure out how to do it. Any ideas?
