how to create a double menu header

    (my webpage currently only shows a coming soon page while I’m building the site)

    Wondered how I can create one header that will show on all pages but that will have 2 lines of menu items.

    For example, the top line menu will have buttons for “Subscribe | Member Login | Member Account | Contact”

    And the bottom line menu will have buttons for “Home | About | Consultation | Coaching”

    I did create two separate menus– or can this be done with one menu and just use Elementor (I have Pro version) to arrange the items?
