How to create a DOT rating scale

  • How do I make a dot scale for skills rating on a Persona?
    Like a star rating, however, I want to use dots.

    This second one is the best example of what I want to create.

    I think the easiest thing might be to use one of the star-rating plugins and, with a bit of custom CSS, change the display character from a star to a dot. Looking this up, I found a number of themes that offer “personas” as a feature, so you might want to check them out, too.
