How to create a custom type home page form to edit content?

  • Hi there,

    I know how to do static or dynamic home page.
    But can’t figure out how to create new admin menu (the one on the left) label – “Home Page”. Stick it under the “Pages”
    Where a client could edit home page elements, and content.
    My home page has many different content containers, that I wanna let client to edit.
    So I guess I need to create a Home Page Editing form. Is this correct way to call it?
    Is that possible, and how?

    Anyone? Perhaps I need to rephrase the question? I am not sure I clearly described what I wanted.. Just don\t know the right terms perhaps..
