How to create a custom form with many cell-buttons

    Hello. I’m trying to build an webapp with WordPress. I wonder whether I can use Formidable Forms Pro to create custom Form/Table with many cells, each cell work as a button to trigger an event or not?

    Thanks for any idea and advice about that issue.
