• Hi, I want to create a course website with Hello theme.

Earlier I was using LearnPress LMS with Hello theme, but I think they both are not compatible with each other.
After creating a course the course page was appearing blank, when I changed the theme to Astra, the courses started showing normally.

So, how can I create a course website with Hello theme? which LMS plugin is compatible with it?

  • I have been building my LMS website for the past few months using Elementor with the Hello theme. The LMS part that I am using is Namaste (available here on www.remarpro.com) and I have purchased the Namaste Pro add-ons for extra features.

Namaste is very stable. It is shortcodes-based and (for the MOST part) they work very well with Elementor & Hello. I have had only ONE technical issue: a courses / lessons search widget, which displays horizontally when used in Namaste’s theme, stacks all the search boxes on top of each other when used with Hello. The only way I was able to solve this (other than using the Namaste Theme which I did not want to do) was to replace Hello with GeneratePress, another very lightweight (but NOT Elementor produced) theme that works perfectly with Elementor nonetheless.

Which to choose depends on what is important for you in the “look & feel” of the LMS. Everything else that I’ve used in Namaste works perfectly with both Hello / Elementor and GeneratePress / Elementor. The only difference (apart from the search box issue) is to ensure that, with GeneratePress, you must set each new page that you create to “Elementor Full Canvas” instead of “default Template”.
