    Hello,

I am trying to create a button that a user can click to receive an achievement, a badge that I have created. But when I chose for them to click a button with a certain identifier in the steps, the plugin will not allow me to enter anything in the button identifier field or the label field for the button.

How do I create a button? I even tried to use the short code insterter and it still wouldn’t work when I added a button to the achievement.

What steps do I need to take to allow me to enter data into the button I’d and label field?

    Your help is much appreciated!

I just noticed the plugin won’t allow me to enter data in any of the trigger fields. I can chose a link as a trigger, but it won’t let me enter a link. What on earth could be going on?

    Hi @bikerflyeradmin

I suppose you are using our Button add-on to handle the button click

Using the “Click a button with a specific ID” event should let you enter this identifier

If the field doesn’t appears, it means there is another plugin causing javascript errors and makes that the javascript code that is in our Button add-on to let you enter the identifier doesn’t work too

For that, you need to perform a theme and plugins conflict test to find what is causing this issue as explained here:
    https://gamipress.com/docs/troubleshooting/theme-and-plugins-conflict-test/

    Hope it helps

    Best regards
