How to create a blog page?

I’ve started using the Bj?rk theme now, but I’m having trouble creating the “blog” page template. When I go into WordPress and try to create a new page, there are only the “Standard Template”, “Blank Canvas” and “No Title” templates, I don’t see the “blog” template or anything similar. In WordPress, I went to “Appearance >> Editor” and opened the “Templates” option (in the left corner) and I see a template called “Index”, provided (added) by “Bj?rk”, but I can’t get out of that stage.

Can you help me please? I’m stuck at this part.
