• Hi everyone,

I’d like to change the look of my footer on mobile phones and tablets. I use five widgets and when I view my webshop on mobile, those widgets appear underneath each other in one column. But is there a way to put them in two columns?

    So:
    – 2 widgets on first row
    – 2 widgets on second row
    – Fifth widget on third row (full width)

I tried to fix this with some CSS codes I found on this forum, but they don’t seem to be working.

Ooh and how do I change the width of the footer area on desktop? I recently changed the width of my website pages in Elementor, so now the page and footer area don’t have the same width anymore.

    Thanks in advance!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • You’ll have to fix all those things using custom CSS(Media Queries).

Regarding the Elementor width thing, either create footer using elementor as well. Or use the site container width in your pages instead of dynamic widget in Elementor sections.

Okay, I found a way to make a footer that looks cool on both desktop and mobile/tablet, but now a new issue has occurred. I created two footers in Elementor and saved them as section templates: one in English language and one in Dutch. I also have a product page template in English and Dutch, so I inserted the footers for both languages on the bottom of those templates.

However, somehow the English footer appears on every product page, including the Dutch pages. Even when I delete the footer from the Dutch product template, it still shows the English one. I also discovered that other changes to the Dutch template won’t be saved either.

Does anyone know how to fix this? And how do I remove the blank space underneath the new footer?

By the way, I also tried to use the Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin to create a new footer, but that caused some issues as well (a 404 error for my Dutch product pages).

Hopefully someone can help me out here!
