How to create 10 WP sites from one "original"?

Hello all. I am a new www.remarpro.com user with very limited skills and knowledge. I’d really appreciate your guidance on whether I am approaching my goals in the right way.

I want to launch ten (10!) niche news www.remarpro.com sites. Each will have their own domain, own articles, graphics , etc. They will be very niche (low traffic numbers) so I will be hosting with GoDaddy, using a bought theme. On all the sites the structure, layout, plugins, navigation will be the same however, all the sites are separate!

My question: I am guessing that I can build one “empty” site (structure, layout, plugins, navigation, theme settings, etc) and then duplicate the entire thing ten time. I can then customise (add graphics, posts). From that point on I would have to make any changes to each site individually. Is this the best way to go about this challenge?
