How to copy inbound messages to a new database

    We are building a complete new version of the website in a test environment. When we’re happy we’re going to make a database copy form Test to Production. That would overwrite all the Flamingo inbound messages in Production.
    To prevent that, I would like to import all Production inbound messages into the Test environment first.
    Problem: I can’t find an import function. Any suggestions?

    You can export/import data in the Tools > Export and Import admin menu.

    Hi Takayuki,
    Thanks for your quick response. I just now saw that there is a different export option for Flamingo messages in that same menu. That created the file I just imported successfully. Thanks!
