How to copy a taxonomy terms to another taxonomy

    Hi there is there a way to copy the terms of a taxonomy to another taxonomy?
    For example I have a Taxonomy named Template Categories having hundreds of items on it and I want to copy those items on my new Taxonomy Named Theme Categories. Doing it manually will take too much time. Please help.
