How to Control the Size of Tags in Cover-WP Theme

Hello…
I would like to know if anybody here knows how can I control the maximum and the minimum size of TAG text and the amount?

I need to know How to do that, where, and please be in detail.

Oh, yeah, and the theme I’m using is from here – Cover-WP Theme
… and my blog is Tintation.com and at the very bottom is the TAG that I have that I would like to be able to control.
