How to control a group of Shortcode

    I have created some social Icons on a Site I working on.
    Using Shortcode, Works fine except on mobiles. As it displays them Vertically.
    I have used some help from other coders.
    But I dont really understand anymore than the basics.
    If I put anything infront of the [social] as an example. or at the end. It wont display correctly, Only code. So it breaks the Shortcode and still doesn’t hide it on Mobile.
    I found a good plugin, but got fatal error and its not been updated for two years.
    SO question How can I control ONLY the Shortcode. I want it to NOT display on any Mobile device.

    what plugin are you using for the [social] shortcode?

    what exactly is the output of the shortcode?
    for example, does the output have any specific CSS classes?
