    You guys make contacting you so difficult. Road blocks. Just put a support contact form or email up somewhere. This is nuts. We bought the jetpack backup and the license is being rejected. We paid for a year. Can some tell me how to contact support. I am unable to through your site.

    If you’re not able to see the contact form there, it is likely because you are not logged into the account that purchased the subscription. If that’s the case, please try using this contact form instead.

    I have the same issue and I’m sure that Is the same account with the purchase, no contact form in that page. I have a vaultpress backup subscription (I can see it in my billing section on wordpress.com dashboard) and can’t link to my site.

    Hi Bruce – I finally figured it out myself. It was quite a mess. This Jetpack requirement and wordpress .com requirement really was quite the ordeal. I’ve been using Vaultpress the past few years and it was easy to setup. Now not so much. I was also surprised that I could not contact support without being signed in which was part of the account problem. So I was completely stuck having paid already. Not a good way to run things.
