How To Contact Dedicated Support (Pro Customer)

Hi there,

I’m a pro customer and I want to know how to get in contact with dedicated support.

The link on your website for the private slack channel doesn’t work and there doesn’t seem to be any other way to get in contact with support except through these WP Forums.

Please advise how I can get in touch with dedicated support for paid customers ASAP – Product sync from Shopify to WP is not working correctly.

A duplicate product is created in WP every time a product in Shopify is updated which is causing major issues for our client’s online store.
