How to connect with FB Business profile

    I only have an admin right on the Meta business page which is connected with an Instagram account. It means, that I am able to post on both platforms. So far so good.

    But how do I connect with WPZOOM Social Feed without a personal IG account? With Smash Ballon it worked, because it asked first the access permission on my personal Facebook profile and afterwards I could connect the IG through the Meta business page I manage.

    Just make sure to log in on instagram.com with the needed account, and then try to connect your account with our plugin.

    Thanks for your reply.

    The problem is that I do not have an (personal) Insta account. The IG is connected with the Meta Business Suite, from there I manage both FB as well as IG.

    With Smash Ballon it is possible to connect with IG through Meta Business Suite, because the plugin first connects with Facebook and recognizes the Insta account I manage. Your plugin asks directly to connect with Instagram in which I do not have a personal account. Do you follow what I mean?

    I would like to try your plugin but it seems only working with a direct Instagram account involved.

    The plugin doesn’t support this feature at the moment. It’s only possible to connect the account directly via Instagram.

    We don’t have an estimate of when this feature will be available.
