    Hi there

I build small sites for clients and some have WooCommerce. I’ve got a Advanced Google Merchant account as a channel partner and have set up a sub-account for a client site in there.

Then I installed the Google Merchant Center plugin and activated it on the site in question (this is a multisite instance).

The setup wizard wanted to connect to a WordPress.com account, so I gave it my one, which I don’t use for anything, but that connected successfully.

Then it wanted to a general Google account, so I gave it my Gmail, which is also my channel partner Merchant Center account. It asked for authorization. i ticked all boxes and approved it. So far so good, I think.

Then It asks to set up a Merchant Center account and it provides no method for connecting to my Merchant Center account. I clicked it and it set up a new account for the website in question. And it told me that the URL was on another account, which is of course the account I wanted to connect to.

So now I’m stuck. How do I get rid of the new account it created and then how do I connect to my correct Merchant Center account?

Thanks for any advice on this.
    Regards
    ROb
