How to connect the WP Simple Shopping Cart to my PayPal Account

  • Please review my website at https://www.JoansLinenBasket.Com . I am still stuck on getting a connection. The one cart works fine until after you enter your address information and click on “Continue Checkout”. The very next page comes up with “Payment Information”.

    If you click on Products, then click on the blue words “Table Display” at the top left, you will get a picture with 10 items below it each with a “Add to Cart” button. Click on one of them and you will get the following:

    “This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it?

    It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching, or one of the links below, can help.”

    Move down to the right and click on select month, now click on July 11, This will take you to the BLOG page and you will see the shopping cart at the top right. Move down the right side of the blog until you come to “Table Display” and click on it, now you are back to the Table Display page and the PayPal cart is showing.

    You will also see the other cart on the Blog page and below the PayPal cart on the Table Display cart.

    I just need one of them to work. So far, I have not found any one that can help me. I am using the WP Simple Shopping Cart with PayPal.

    Here is what I copied and pasted in below the picture in the Admin:

    This is a TEST page for showing products. Here we have handmade Amish Baskets under the table with three table runners on the table. A large garter on the cake plate with the mini garters under the candles and on the napkin vases.

    Medium Basket Garter – 8.95 [wp_cart:Medium Basket Garter – 08300:price:8.95:end]

    Large Basket Garter – 10.95 [wp_cart:Large Basket Garter – 07300:price:10.95:end]

    Why the program cannot fine the file is beyond me. I need help!!!

    I know I am green behind the ears in this area, however, I would think that someone would respond.

    Hi Grover,

    I came across your topic when I was wondering the same and I just solved it.

    Go To:
    Settings > Store

    Then Click on the payments tab.

    If you roll over paypal on the left hand side, you will see a small “edit” appear in the same row on the right hand side. click this “edit” and a small window will pop up on the right hand side. here you can add you paypal email address and the check out should now work.
