Can someone maybe tell me how to set up this plugin. Everything is okay with regard to the requirements, only I can’t get the cron job done.

It is unclear to me whether I should set this up in WordPress, and then how? Whether this should be set on the server where my webshop is hosted?

I do not find the information very clear and so far have e-mailed a few times with bigbuy, but they do not really help me either.

    Thank you in advance

  • Hello friend, I have exactly the same problem. Did you manage to fix it?

    Nope, still not working:(

In my case, if I configure the connection outside of cron, it works for me. but not in the cron

That’s in my case the same.. when I’m configure the cronjobs on a special cronjob site then they work. I figured out that maybe my hosting plan not supported cronjobs every minute. So I can’t get this plug-in work.

Have to move to another server but I’m not planned to do that. So I bought the plug-in for nothing ???♂?.

Ok, thank you very much for the information

    Hello Chrisvana, Nvides,

The configuration of the cron jobs depends on the software of the server you have contracted. You should consult with your server provider to find out how to create and run cron jobs in the graphical environment they provide.

With this you will be able to both create and view the result of them in any case. Once the cron jobs worked at least once on your server, the BigBuy plugin will show you a message with a green checkmark confirming this.

For any further information, we will gladly answer you from our website, where you can write to us through the Contact Area

Hope to hear from you very soon.
