How to connect one page translations?

Hi,
I am using Polylang plugin for making my site multilingual, and with rest api want to get json data for one page include translations.
https://lc13754376.on-rev.com/restapi/wp-json/pages/62 for example this returns me only translation of french, because I am getting data with post ID, and in this case ID is changing everytime. So how can I connect all translations with 1 ID?
