How to configure when domain and hosting are in different palces?

Hi

We had a domain and hosting with EasySapce.com
I didn’t like the back end so we have moved the hosting to Hostgator who I have always liked.

We have had to leave all the cname records, a records, MX records etc with EasySpace as we could not afford any down time at all as we are a business. We couldn’t afford emails to go down for any period of time.

The problem is, although static sites work fine on our hosting, we are now trying to install WordPress and having problems

We get a page that says ‘The page isn’t redirecting properly’

‘Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.’

I think I need to make changes in the config file but I may be completey wrong with this assumption.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
