How to configure webhooks?

    Hi!

    Does this plugin support the Braintree webhooks to receive notifications when the status of a payment changes?

    I don’t the option or the settings screen to activate the webhooks, not the base URL. I?m beginning to doubt that this is supported…

    Thanks for contacting us, I’m happy to help!

    I’m not sure I fully understand exactly what scenario you’re looking to capture with webhooks. In WooCommerce, when payment is confirmed as received, the order status will move to Processing. This happens at the time of processing.

    There’s an exception when using authorize & capture, in that the order will be held until you capture the payment. PayPal Powered by Braintree allows you to do this on the WooCommerce side, but would not be notified if you were to do so on the Braintree side. You would still have to update the order status in WooCommerce.

    Does this cover what you’re looking for, or are you trying to accomplish something else?
