    How would I do that? Do I use “Design -> Theme-Editor”?

    Found it!
    “Dashboard – Plugins ->Plugin editor” Select plugin “Simply sticky header on scroll”
    Select “simple-sticky-header-on-scroll.css”
    scroll down to “.sshos-horizontal-menu-inner” there you can change the font size.
