How to configure in localhost?

Hello,
I am new to wordpress. I want to install and integrate this plugin but I am not able to login facebook account.I click on Login in facebook then It displays popup window with message An Invalid API Key.
Can anyone tell about what is that message and how to get correct APT Key?
