How to combine two stockholm themes

  • Hello,

    I am a beginner to wordpress, and I have purchased the stockholm theme. https://demo.select-themes.com/stockholm/. I am editing my website locally using MAMP on a macbook.

    I would like to know how to combine the features of the Fredrik and Viggo themes using the dashboard?

    I intend to use Viggo’s header and navigation menu, and Fredrik’s posts, images and texts. OR if there is a way to input text into Viggo’s posts to match the style of Fredrik.

    Any help will be appreciated!
