How to cloak affiliate links with same keywords but different link destinations?

    i want to know if the following is possible or if there is a workaround for it:

    I’m using the Polylang plugin and want to create cloaked affliliate links for the different language pages i have. So i want to use same keywords like ‘Amazon’ but different links behind it:

    https://www.example.com/en/go/amazon
    https://www.example.com/de/go/amazon

    both should be cloaked from ‘Amazon’ keyword of the text on each page and redirect to different affiliate links of amazon.

    can you help me?
    would appreciate it ??
