how to clear script cache?

I am unable to clear javascript cache, I have cleared cache from different user interface buttons, but nothing is clearing the cache. I even went in the cache directory and removed all files. but still the javascript file is being loaded from cache?

How is this possible?

PS: I also cleared my cloudflare cache.
